Autism Spectrum Disorders In Children
WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS?
Each person can have different signs and symptoms. Although this disease has a range of signs and symptoms, it can sometimes be mild. One of the most common signs is problems with social and communication skills, such as the disinterest to communicate with other people, the avoidance of eye contact, the difficulty to understand emotions and jokes, or the preference to be alone. Another common sign is the pattern of behaviors, they may also have repetitive behaviors, spend a lot of time putting things in order, or they may say the same sentence over and over again. But (probably) the most common sign is that they often seem to be in their own world.
HOW DO I KNOW IF SOMEONE HAS ASD?
Since there is no medical test, diagnosing the disease can be difficult. A healthcare professional is crucial during the process of diagnosis; the doctor will be able to make the right diagnosis and then treat it.

INTRODUCTION
Studies show that worldwide one in 100 million children are diagnosed with a disease called Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), but what is ASD doing that affects so many people in the world? It is a neurological and developmental disorder that begins early in childhood and lasts throughout a person's life. It affects how a person acts and interacts with others, communicates, and learns.
How does it occur?
The causes of ASD are still unknown. In the last years, researchers have suggested that genes and the environment play a key role.
